Conditions for Gift Vouchers for Honey&Bear Online
1. Usage: The Honey&Bear Online gift voucher (“Gift Voucher”) can only be used for online purchases on www.cgliquor.com.au. It is not valid for direct purchases or third-party sites.
2. Non-Refundable: Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance will remain in the recipient’s Gift Voucher account when redeemed.
3. Non-Transferable: Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.
4. Redemption: To redeem the Gift Voucher, the recipient must enter the unique code at the checkout page. The total value of the purchase, excluding tax and delivery, will be deducted from the balance of the Gift Voucher.
5. Combining Vouchers: Only one Gift Voucher can be used per order.
6. Product Exclusions: The Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher, Marketplace goods, or Courses. Additionally, it may not be used during certain promotional periods, on certain discounted items, or by trade account holders, as specified by Honey&Bear Online.
7. Minimum Spend: There may be a minimum spend requirement for use of the Gift Voucher. This will be clearly communicated at the time of Gift Voucher purchase. For example:
Welcome Voucher – Min spend $200 on first order
Thank you Voucher – Min spend $200
Sponsorship Voucher – $10 OFF Min Spend $150
– $25 OFF Min Spend $ 400
– $50 OFF Min Spend $ 700
– $100 OFF Min Spend $ 1400

8. Alcohol Age Restrictions: As Honey&Bear Online sells alcohol, Gift Vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed by individuals who are of legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction. Proof of age may be required.
9. Lost/Stolen Gift Vouchers: Honey&Bear Online is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers, or for use without the recipient’s permission.
10. Amendments: Honey&Bear Online reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
Distinction Between Gift Voucher and Gift Card:
A “Gift Voucher” is given to customers and can be redeemed only on the Honey&Bear Online website.
A “Gift Card”, on the other hand, can be purchased and loaded with a specific value, typically used for purchases on the Honey&Bear Online website.
